As we start the first F1-less weekend for the next few weeks, we thought we’d share our tips on how to survive the summer break…. So grab a Piña Colando, puts on Cars and you’re good to go.

Tip 1: Listen To Some F1 Podcasts
This is a great way to get your F1 fix. Some of our favourites are Missed Apex, The Reserve Drivers (they’ve only covered the 2020 season but it is hilarious), Beyond The Grid, F1 Nation and In The Pink.
Tip 2: Make F1 Themed Food and Drink
Whether that’s a refreshing Piña Colando or some yummy Pirelli Tyre Doughnuts, there’s nothing better than themed victuals to get you into the spirit.

Tip 3: Tune Into Other Motorsports Series
There are plenty of DTM, Formula E, Indycar, Nascar and MotoGP races over the next few weekends to try and fill the F1-shaped hole in your lives. There is even the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans to watch!
Here are some dates for your diary:
DTM: 6-8th and 20-22nd August
Formula E: 14-15th August
Indycar: 8th,14th and 21st August
Nascar: 8th,15th and 22nd August
MotoGP: 8th and 15th August
24 Hrs of Le Man: 21-22nd August
Tip 4: Watch Some Challenge Videos
There’s something quite nostalgic about falling into a Carlando Youtube hole. Or, you could bring it back to the modern day and watch Pierre and Yuki argue over the way a dog woofs, or Charles and Carlos hula hooping. there's something for everyone!
Tip 5: Watch (or re watch) Some Old F1 Races
Here are some of our recommendations to tide you over to Spa:
2020 Monza
2018 Germany
2012 Brazil
2012 Spa
2011 Canada
2008 Brazil
1999 European GP,
1998 Spa
1996 Monaco
Tip 6: Meet Up With Friends
Grab some mates and dance your heart out to ‘Friday,’ by Riton whilst also discussing silly season.
Tip 7: Watch Some Motorsport Related Movies

There are some great films out there. You’ve got Rush, Senna, Le Mans ‘66 (Ford vs Ferrari), and of course the masterpieces that are Cars 1,2 and 3 (keep an ear out for Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton, Seb Vettel Fernando Alonso in these).
Tip 8: Make F1 Reaction Stickers
Why say it when you can send it! seeing as we may be in for some shock signings across the next 4 weeks, why not use the photos below to express your feelings

We’ll see you on the other side!
